About the role
We are looking for a Production Operator to work the evening shift in our regulated diagnostic manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will operate equipment, ensure raw material supply, and maintain product quality in a clean-room setting.
Key responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and verify raw material availability.
- Perform quality checks and product reconciliation according to established procedures.
- Organize workflow to meet line performance targets.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate more complex problems to the supervisor.
- Maintain compliance with quality system requirements and health-and-safety rules.
Required profile
- Secondary school diploma (or equivalent) is an asset.
- Experience with routine or manufacturing tasks is an asset.
Required skills
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001 and QSR (preferred).
- Ability to resolve minor mechanical problems.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
What we offer
- Evening shift schedule: Monday‑Friday 15:15 – 23:15 with a 30‑minute break.
- Evening shift premium.
