About the role
Mongolia International University (MIU) is seeking qualified academics to join its faculty across all disciplines. The university operates in English and aims to develop global leaders through high‑quality teaching and research.
Key responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in the assigned discipline.
- Prepare and deliver lectures in English.
- Contribute to curriculum design and academic program development.
- Provide student advising, mentorship, and academic support.
- Participate in university service activities as required.
Required profile
- Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to teach in English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capacity to work effectively in a multicultural academic environment.
- Alignment with MIU’s mission‑driven values of integrity, service, and societal contribution.
