About the Position
Join Kindred Construction as our Office Administrator and become the heartbeat of our daily operations. Reporting directly to the People & Culture Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture and ensuring a seamless, professional environment for our team and visitors alike.
Main Missions
- Office Management: Act as the first point of contact for visitors, manage phone lines, mail, and ensure the impeccable cleanliness and organization of common areas, meeting rooms, and kitchen facilities.
- Administrative Support: Oversee office supplies, manage corporate mobile accounts, coordinate meeting room bookings, and organize catering services for company events.
- People & Culture Support: Assist in organizing training sessions, tracking training allowances, contributing to the monthly internal newsletter, and planning social activities to foster an inclusive workplace.
- Property Coordination: Supervise the maintenance and rent collection for a company-owned residential property, collaborating closely with the building manager.
- Data Management: Maintain and update internal contact lists and other essential administrative databases.
Profile Required
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar coordination role.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and office aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the People & Culture team.
