Non-Destructive Inspector

About the role

The Non-Destructive Inspector ensures the quality and safety of construction projects by performing visual and nondestructive testing. You will develop inspection techniques, maintain calibration standards, and guide trainees while adhering to strict safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct visual and nondestructive tests to detect defects and verify quality.
• Establish and maintain NDI techniques and calibration standards.
• Develop examination procedures for inspected objects and ensure compliance with safety rules.
• Instruct, supervise, and mentor trainee inspectors.
• Prepare and maintain detailed test result reports, including weld inspections.

Required profile

• 2 to less than 3 years of experience in construction NDT.
• CWB Visual Inspector Certification Level 1.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel to various sites.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
