About the role
Right Choice Builders Inc. is seeking a Construction General Manager to lead and coordinate large‑scale building projects in the Mississauga area. You will be responsible for overseeing material, human and financial resources while ensuring projects meet budgetary and timeline targets.
Key responsibilities
- Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
- Coordinate work across regions, divisions or departments and establish financial and administrative controls.
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in construction management.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and handle a large workload.
- Strong interpersonal awareness and a team‑player attitude.
