Night Shift Loader Operator

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Loader Operator to work the night shift in our production facility. The role ensures a continuous supply of raw materials to the lines while maintaining safety and efficiency during overnight hours.

Key responsibilities

• Supply production lines with aggregates according to operational needs.
• Feed silos and storage areas using heavy equipment.
• Load trucks with defective products for disposal or recycling.
• Transport sand to heated plates during winter and perform snow‑removal operations.
• Receive aggregate trucks, direct them to unloading zones, verify conformity and move materials to storage.
• Conduct visual equipment inspections and report anomalies or maintenance needs.

Required profile

• Recognized training in heavy equipment operation (loader) with a valid competency card.
• Minimum five years of experience as a loader operator.
• Strong focus on safety, ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 22 kg, stand, reach, climb and maintain balance for extended periods.
