About the role

Cascades is looking for a meticulous Master Data Technician specialized in SAP to join the team in Saint‑Hubert. You will ensure the accuracy, integrity and reliability of master data that drives production, operations and billing across our facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain master data in SAP for products, materials and inter‑plant transfers.
• Validate technical specifications and verify the correctness of incoming information.
• Process creation, modification and update requests following established procedures.
• Identify and correct data gaps or anomalies to maintain compliance.
• Document all changes in SAP and internal tracking tools.
• Prioritize requests according to service levels and deadlines.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, operations, procurement and logistics teams.
• Participate in data‑master controls, audits and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data entry, data administration or a role with significant data‑management responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of data accurately.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work with established procedures, standards and methodologies.
• Effective collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders.
• College‑level education in administration, logistics, operations management or supply‑chain related fields.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Working knowledge of SAP or a comparable ERP system.
