Night Auditor

About the role

The Night Auditor is a key member of the front‑desk team, responsible for managing all overnight operations at the Naturally Pacific Resort. Working independently during the night shift, you will ensure smooth guest experiences from arrival through departure while upholding the resort’s high hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, handle check‑ins and check‑outs, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Address guest inquiries, complaints and special requests with professionalism.
• Balance daily hotel transactions, generate reports and maintain accurate journal entries.
• Collaborate with other departments to guarantee seamless service.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and follow safety and emergency procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of guest‑service or hospitality experience, preferably including night shifts.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work calmly under pressure.
• Team‑player who can follow directions with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard computer software for reservations, check‑in/out and transaction processing.
