Night Auditor – Full-time

About the role

The Night Auditor at Aloft Montreal Airport ensures smooth overnight operations while delivering exceptional guest service. Working the night shift, you will balance financial transactions, manage front‑desk duties, and maintain a secure, welcoming environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, handle check‑in and check‑out procedures, and respond to inquiries.
• Answer phone calls, process new reservations, and manage cash handling according to policy.
• Administer all night‑audit functions, balance revenue and settlement accounts, and reconcile daily transactions.
• Maintain guest security by handling room keys and personal information responsibly.
• Prepare files and reset systems for the next day’s operations.
• Follow up on guest requests and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Prior hotel experience in Front Office operations (mandatory).
• French language proficiency is an asset.
• Enthusiastic, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Organized, fast‑learning, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment.
