New Patient Scheduler – Full-Time

About the role
As a New Patient Scheduler at Pacific Fertility, you will be the first point of contact for individuals beginning their fertility journey. You will provide compassionate support, manage appointment scheduling, and ensure a smooth intake process.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver empathetic service via phone, email, and patient platforms.
- Convert inquiries into scheduled appointments and balance physician schedules across multiple locations.
- Collect and verify patient demographics, insurance details, and assist with registration and consent forms.
- Prepare preliminary requisitions such as blood work and send new‑patient resources.
- Maintain accurate logs of inquiries, referrals, and patient portal documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, clinical teams, and front‑desk staff to coordinate care.
Required profile
- Up to 2 years of patient‑facing or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a high‑volume call environment.
- Genuine passion for helping people.
Required skills
- Medical Office Assistant (MOA) certification (preferred).
