About the role
The Network and Systems Administrator will manage CoreAqua’s on‑premises and cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliable operation of servers, networks, telephony, and related services. This role balances day‑to‑day support with project work to design and deploy new infrastructure solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, support, monitor, and maintain site infrastructure, including cloud architecture (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS), server and storage hardware, LAN/WAN, telephony, UPS, generators, and cooling systems.
- Build and manage server hardware and network equipment (Cisco, Meraki, HPE, Aruba).
- Configure firewall rule sets (Sonic and Meraki firewalls) and perform automated patch management using Microsoft Intune with Autopilot and TeamViewer.
- Conduct security scans on internal and external components with Microsoft Defender ATP.
- Handle routing and switching (Layer 2, SIP) and enterprise backup solutions (Veeam).
- Administer Azure and Office 365 tenants and manage Microsoft devices via Intune.
- Maintain VoIP phone systems and develop ITIL/IT governance best practices.
- Create operational, installation, configuration and upgrade documentation for all IT systems.
- Act as liaison between technical staff, management, users, and vendors for service requests, standards, and security matters.
Required profile
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues.
- Experience acting as a technical liaison with users, management and vendors.
- Capability to develop clear documentation and operational procedures for IT infrastructure.
