National Workforce Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

AFIMAC Canada is looking for a motivated National Workforce Recruitment Coordinator to lead talent acquisition across Canada. Based in Guelph, you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, and deployment for a variety of security, investigative, protection, trades, and industrial positions.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract and recruit candidates using job boards, social media, referrals and direct outreach.
• Conduct screening, interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
• Manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously while meeting aggressive timelines.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for immediate and future staffing needs.
• Coordinate onboarding, credential verification, background checks and employment documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations and Deployment teams to align staffing priorities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, track recruitment metrics and prepare workforce analytics.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition or workforce coordination.
• Proven ability to recruit in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Exceptional interviewing, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple campaigns.
