Nail Care Technician

About the role

Join Renaissance Nails and Spa as a Nail Care Technician, providing high‑quality nail services in a friendly, inclusive environment. You will work directly with clients to deliver manicures, gel and acrylic extensions, and personalized nail art while promoting the salon’s product range. This full‑time, on‑site position offers training for candidates with no prior experience.

Key responsibilities

• Apply or remove artificial nails and create custom nail art designs.
• Provide gel and acrylic nail extensions, manicures, and polish services.
• Clean, trim, and maintain clients' natural nails following hygiene standards.
• Demonstrate and sell salon products during appointments.
• Schedule and confirm client appointments, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station throughout the shift.
• Assist with product demonstrations and client education on nail care.

Required profile

• Strong manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow hygiene protocols.
• Comfortable with a mix of sitting, standing, and walking during the workday.
• Dependable, organized, and client‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work with diverse clientele, including newcomers and persons with disabilities.
