Music Lessons Teacher (Independent Contractor)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Music Lessons Teachers to join our on‑site Lesson Centres located in Long & McQuade stores. As an independent contractor, you will deliver high‑quality instruction to students of all ages across a range of instruments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one or group music lessons in a professional studio environment.
• Prepare and follow standard lesson curricula and teaching methods.
• Adapt instruction to suit the skill level and goals of each student.
• Maintain a positive learning atmosphere and encourage student progress.

Required profile

• Possess a music degree or diploma from a recognized university or college, OR hold a minimum Grade 8 RCM standing with Grade 2 Rudiments professional equivalency.
• Demonstrated teaching experience with students of various ages.
• Strong knowledge of standard teaching methods and curriculum application in private or group settings.
