About the role
We are looking for a reliable worker to join our mushroom farm in Dundas. The position involves daily maintenance of mushroom crops, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and supporting production activities throughout the growing cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Clean crops and work areas, removing brush and debris.
- Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens and other work zones.
- Harvest mushroom seedlings and assist with seedling preparation.
- Monitor and record water lines, airflow, temperature, and other environmental conditions in barns.
- Operate, maintain, and perform pre‑operational checks on farm machinery and equipment.
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the work area and barns.
Required profile
- Experience in agricultural or farm work is an asset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, days and weekends.
