Multi Site General Manager

About the role

The Multi‑Site General Manager leads Aramark’s portfolio of healthcare accounts across Edmonton and Northern Alberta. Reporting to the District Manager, Canada West, this senior leader ensures safe, efficient, and high‑quality service delivery while driving financial performance and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on operational leadership across multiple healthcare sites, conducting regular visits, audits, and performance reviews.
• Ensure full compliance with Aramark programs, food safety, health and safety regulations, and labour agreements.
• Act as the primary client contact, managing relationships, leading business reviews, and identifying service enhancements.
• Own financial results, including revenue growth, labour management, food cost control, and contribution targets.
• Develop and coach site leaders, building bench strength and succession plans.

Required profile

• Proven senior operations experience in a multi‑site, preferably healthcare, environment.
• Strong track record of financial accountability and driving profitability.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience working with unions and senior clients.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and retain talent across diverse locations.
