About the role
Join a busy automotive service centre in Fort McMurray as a Tune‑Up Specialist. You will perform scheduled maintenance, test vehicle systems and advise customers on repairs. The role requires close collaboration with supervisors and a focus on safety and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Confirm findings with the supervisor to decide on repair or replacement.
- Discuss work plans and review work orders with the supervisor.
- Test automotive systems and components to diagnose issues.
- Perform scheduled maintenance services on motor vehicles.
- Advise customers on completed work and future repair needs.
- Provide courteous customer service throughout the visit.
Required profile
- Other trades certificate or diploma.
- 1‑2 years of automotive service experience.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dusty, dirty and noisy environment.
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination.
