About the role
We are seeking a motivated Motor Vehicle Repair Shop Manager to lead daily operations at our Calgary service centre. You will ensure smooth workflow, high-quality service, and customer satisfaction while overseeing a skilled team of technicians.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and control all daily shop activities, evaluating performance and efficiency.
- Manage staff schedules, assign duties, and conduct performance reviews.
- Locate, select, and procure parts and merchandise needed for repairs and resale.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages promptly.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and volunteers as needed.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of relevant management experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
