Mobile Software Engineer, iOS

About the role

As an iOS Engineer you will help build and maintain a mobile app that simplifies group benefits management, making healthcare and family‑related experiences clear and empowering for users.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop intuitive, mobile‑first experiences that are accessible and easy to use.
• Translate user stories into efficient, maintainable, and well‑tested Swift code.
• Ensure applications are secure, performant, and reliable.
• Integrate the iOS app with backend services, APIs, and external data sources.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance and stability issues.
• Collaborate with designers, product owners, quality engineers, and other developers.
• Participate in design reviews, pair programming, and code reviews.
• Continuously explore new technologies to improve the product.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience building iOS applications that consume remote services and APIs.
• 1+ years creating UI components with SwiftUI.
• Strong understanding of iOS architecture, performance optimization, and mobile security.
• Experience with Git version control (GitHub preferred) and basic CI/CD pipelines.
• Awareness of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
• Comfort working in Agile/Scrum environments and taking ownership of deliverables.
