Microsoft Systems Administrator – Hybrid (6‑month contract)

About the role

Our client in the logistics sector seeks a contract Systems Administrator to manage and secure a hybrid Microsoft infrastructure spanning cloud and on‑premises environments. The role focuses on identity, device, and security management while providing basic support for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Entra ID – lifecycle, RBAC, Conditional Access, MFA, and PIM.
• Manage Microsoft 365/Office 365 user access and licensing.
• Maintain hybrid identity with Azure AD Connect, SSO, and password protection.
• Configure and operate Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and MDM for iOS/Android.
• Implement Microsoft Defender for Endpoint policies and respond to alerts.
• Administer Azure resources – VMs, VNets, NSGs, Firewall, storage, backup, Site Recovery, and Automation.
• Support on‑premises AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and hybrid integrations.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and participate in on‑call support.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience with Microsoft cloud and hybrid infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical background.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication abilities.
