Membership Services Representative

About the role

The YMCA of Northeastern Ontario is seeking a Membership Services Representative to join its Chippewa Street Branch in North Bay. Reporting to the Supervisor of Member Experience, you will be the first point of contact for members, participants and guests, delivering welcoming and professional service while promoting the YMCA’s mission and programs.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors promptly and courteously, creating an inclusive environment.
• Build and maintain relationships with members, encouraging retention and participation.
• Promote memberships, programs and services through consultative conversations.
• Process membership sales, renewals, program registrations, payments, refunds and account updates accurately.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of YMCA memberships, programs, financial assistance options and promotions.
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure members receive accurate information and personalized service.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from $38,000 to $40,000 per year.
• Full‑time position (40 hours per week) based onsite at 186 Chippewa Street West.
