Membership Advisor – Earn up to $75,000 Annual Pay

About the role

The Membership Advisor is the front‑line ambassador for Fitness World, responsible for delivering a best‑in‑class fitness experience and driving new member acquisition. Reporting to the General Manager, you will combine sales outreach with excellent member service to meet monthly revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales goals through inbound and outbound calls, community outreach, referrals and social media.
• Conduct engaging tours of club facilities, programs and services to convert leads into members.
• Manage member check‑ins, collect dues, update payment information and perform cash reconciliations and bank deposits.
• Process payments for memberships, retail items and services using the Motionsoft Member Management System and Point‑of‑Sale.
• Address member concerns promptly, follow company policies and report incidents to the General Manager.
• Maintain club cleanliness, health and safety standards during daily walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with fitness instructors, personal trainers and other departments to enhance the member experience.

Required skills

• Experience using the Motionsoft Member Management System.
• Proficiency with Point‑of‑Sale equipment and cash reconciliation.
