Member Experience Associate – Evening Shift (5pm‑1am)

About the role

Join the Member Experience team to create a welcoming, comfortable, and healthy environment for club members. This evening‑shift position (5 pm‑1 am) involves direct interaction with guests, handling sales, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting club events.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage and resolve member concerns, escalating serious issues to management.
• Provide exceptional customer service in the cafe and pro‑shop, handling all sales transactions.
• Complete cleaning duties safely and promptly to maintain a tidy environment.
• Stay informed about programs, products, and services and promote them to members.
• Perform administrative tasks accurately while delivering 5‑star service.
• Assist with member‑experience events throughout the club as needed.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional customer‑service certifications are a plus.
• At least one year of customer‑service experience in retail, hospitality, leisure, or fitness.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification, maintained throughout employment.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a flexible attitude.
