Medical Science Liaison – Rare Disease (Montreal)

About the role

Medison is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specialized in rare diseases to join its growing global pharma team. Based in Montreal, the MSL will act as the scientific bridge between Medison’s Medical Affairs and healthcare professionals, fostering relationships that accelerate patient access to innovative therapies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high‑quality scientific relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) across healthcare, academic, and professional associations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare practitioners, providing accurate medical information and support.
• Design, execute, and monitor KOL engagement plans to ensure objectives are met in a timely, compliant manner.
• Collaborate with internal Medical Affairs teams to align scientific messaging with market needs.

• Passion for rare disease therapeutics and a commitment to patient‑centric outcomes.
• Ability to think creatively, adapt quickly, and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Residency in Montreal or the greater Montreal area.
