Material Handler – Manufacturing & Warehousing

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Material Handler to support our manufacturing and warehousing operations in Victoria. You will work outdoors across various locations, handling lumber and other materials for the construction sector.

Key responsibilities

• Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or using basic handling equipment.
• Operate dollies, hand trucks, light trucks, hoists and winches to transport goods.
• Pick orders, stock shelves and organize inventory.
• Wrap, pack, unpack, sort, crate and stack goods for storage or distribution.
• Provide customer service and ensure accurate documentation of shipments.

Required profile

• Ability to work under pressure and handle heavy loads.
• Physically demanding work with bending, crouching and kneeling.
• Attention to detail, manual dexterity and good hand‑eye coordination.
• Adaptable, dependable team player with a positive attitude.

Required skills

• Use of dollies and hand trucks.
• Operation of light trucks.
• Handling hoists and winches.
