Marketing Specialist

About the role

Agentive Marketing is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join its fractional marketing consultancy. In this hands‑on, multi‑client position you will execute digital marketing programs, manage key platforms, and support project coordination to drive measurable business results for small‑to‑mid‑size clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise multi‑channel campaigns across email, web and digital channels.
• Build, segment and maintain email workflows in HubSpot, ensuring high deliverability and performance.
• Create and update WordPress pages, blogs and landing pages to support demand‑generation initiatives.
• Own HubSpot configuration for client accounts, including CRM hygiene, workflow automation and reporting.
• Develop and maintain marketing dashboards, monitor campaign metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
• Coordinate timelines, approvals and deliverables across marketing projects, liaising with external vendors as needed.
• Collaborate with senior marketers and clients on strategy execution and status reporting.

Required profile

• 5–6 years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on digital execution.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills in a client‑facing, fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in B2B marketing is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or comparable marketing automation/CRM platform).
• WordPress CMS.
• Email marketing campaign creation and optimisation.
