Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Jennings Real Estate Corporation is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to maintain its corporate and property‑specific digital and physical presence, and to coordinate marketing initiatives across leasing, construction and investment teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with third‑party vendors to produce high‑quality branded corporate materials, manage pricing, orders and timelines.
• Maintain JRE’s online and social media presence on websites, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Support commercial real‑estate marketing by creating leasing brochures, property flyers, signage and coordinating visual assets such as photography, renderings and floor plans.
• Manage and update the corporate website and property‑specific sites, ensuring content is current and aligned with branding standards.

Required profile

• Experience in marketing, communications or a related role, preferably within commercial real estate, development or construction.
• Strong written communication, editing and organizational skills with an eye for branding and presentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across departments and external vendors.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for design work.
