Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organized, creative, and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team at Zavida Coffee Company. In this hybrid role you will work closely with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership to launch new products, coordinate industry events, and support marketing initiatives that strengthen our beloved coffee brand.

Key responsibilities

• Research and evaluate trade shows, conferences, consumer events, and sponsorship opportunities aligned with brand objectives.
• Plan and execute all event logistics, including registration, booth setup, promotional materials, product samples, shipping, travel, and post‑event reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to define event objectives, lead‑generation strategies, and customer‑engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional assets for events and campaigns.
• Support product commercialization initiatives and day‑to‑day project coordination across Sales, Product Development, Quality Assurance, and Operations.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and brand‑development projects.

Required profile

• Highly organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for turning ideas into reality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with internal teams and external partners.

Required skills

• Project coordination and event management experience.
• Familiarity with marketing collateral creation and brand activation.
