Marketing & Communications Coordinator

About the role

MedicAlert Foundation Canada is seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support the execution of its marketing and corporate communications initiatives. Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing, you will focus on content creation and digital engagement across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and draft engaging content for social media, newsletters, website updates, and marketing materials.
• Maintain an editorial calendar and ensure all communications align with the brand voice and strategic priorities.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor social media content; respond to inquiries and conduct basic social listening.
• Assist in creating and distributing email campaigns using HubSpot Marketing Hub, manage lists, and report on performance metrics.
• Support the execution of broader marketing initiatives and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Early‑career professional with a passion for clear, compelling communication.
• Strong written skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a marketing team and various internal partners.

Required skills

• HubSpot Marketing Hub (or equivalent email marketing platform).
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and basic analytics.
