Marketing Account Manager – Creative Services

About the role
The Marketing Account Manager will act as the primary liaison between our creative services team and clients, overseeing projects from brief to delivery. You will ensure that each initiative meets quality, timeline, budget, and resource expectations while fostering strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Lead creative production projects from inception to completion, coordinating with design and project‑management teams.
- Manage client relationships, assess needs, provide recommendations, and control budgets and timelines.
- Identify and resolve technological bottlenecks in workflow or asset‑management systems.
- Escalate issues when necessary, presenting clear solutions to senior staff.
- Incorporate feedback from regular client meetings to continuously improve service delivery.
- Monitor financial performance of projects, assist with budgeting, and analyze expense reports.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of experience handling client briefs from start to finish.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Design, Sociology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational, detail‑oriented, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience using project‑management applications.
- Familiarity with Tag’s job‑tracking system.
