Manufacturing Engineer – Remote (Hourly)

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to work remotely on an hourly contract. You will provide expert insights that help improve AI models’ understanding of manufacturing processes and systems while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert insights to enhance AI model comprehension of manufacturing workflows.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and refine manufacturing datasets.
• Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose optimization opportunities.
• Validate AI‑generated outputs for accuracy, consistency, and industry compliance.
• Document process improvements, technical knowledge, and workflow adjustments.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles and process‑optimization techniques to improve data quality.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required profile

• Strong experience in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and quality control.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing compliance standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Technical expertise with manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting, and process documentation.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on complex data interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
