Manager, Product Management - Fintech Innovation Enablement

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Management to lead its Fintech Innovation Enablement portfolio, specifically the Start Path Corporate Membership program. You will drive growth, scalability, and global adoption of fintech partnership solutions that connect startups with Mastercard customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage content for the Start Path Corporate Membership program, including research reports and virtual/in‑person events.
• Contribute to strategy and program design for large, strategic global clients.
• Support sales teams by articulating the product value proposition worldwide.
• Collect, analyze, and triangulate data from multiple sources to produce reliable reports and recommendations.
• Prepare and present draft reports and steering‑committee presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Extract and share intellectual capital, tools, and best practices across projects.
• Build and maintain a network of internal and external contacts to facilitate information gathering and analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering digital and technical solutions and services.
• Experience working with third‑party vendors and assessing their offerings.
• Strong connections to the fintech and startup ecosystem (preferred).
• Executive‑level presentation skills with the ability to communicate technology concepts to business audiences.
