About the role

We are seeking a Manager, Learning & Capability Development to design, launch, and run an internal learning function for a growing industrial organization. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, ensuring that both frontline staff and leaders receive the training they need to boost operational performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and administration of the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Manage migration, organization, and continuous optimization of learning content.
  • Develop practical, role‑specific training programs and learning pathways.
  • Partner with operational leaders and subject‑matter experts to create effective learning material.
  • Support onboarding, leadership development, safety training, and skills‑development initiatives.
  • Drive consistency in training practices across teams and locations.
  • Facilitate select in‑person learning sessions and train‑the‑trainer programs.
  • Track learning effectiveness, participation, and adoption metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve employee capability and internal development processes.
  • Support broader talent and performance initiatives through learning integration.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience implementing or managing an LMS.
  • Demonstrated ability to build structured training programs or learning frameworks.
  • Strong instructional design and content development capabilities.
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally and influencing stakeholders.
