Manager, Large Customer Sales – Auto, Media & Entertainment, Telco

About the role

Reddit is seeking a Manager of Large Customer Sales to lead the Auto, Media & Entertainment and Telco verticals for its Canadian team. Based in Toronto, you will build and guide a high‑performing group of Client Partners and Account Managers, helping agencies and advertisers achieve their marketing goals on Reddit’s fast‑growing platform.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, develop and retain top sales talent while managing resources efficiently.
• Drive the team to exceed revenue targets and expand market share in the assigned verticals.
• Provide strategic input to sales, product, marketing and finance on market opportunities, positioning and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Marketing on new product launches, communications and advertiser acquisition.
• Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to set financial and operating targets aligned with the overall strategy.
• Act as a thought leader contributing to the broader Finance & Travel vertical strategy.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in digital media sales or marketing.
• Minimum 1 year of direct people‑management experience.
• Proven track record selling to C‑level stakeholders in Auto, Media & Entertainment or Telco enterprises.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
