About the role
The Canadian Football League is seeking a Manager, Global Partnerships to drive new brand relationships and expand its partnership portfolio. This full‑time, hybrid position reports to the Associate Vice President of Global Partnerships and plays a key role in delivering integrated media solutions that meet client objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively prospect, qualify, and grow a robust list of national partners.
- Present CFL Ventures products and initiatives to prospective and existing clients on an ongoing basis.
- Identify, develop, and negotiate partnership agreements, leveraging all CFL media and venture assets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the AVP of Global Partnerships, to align partnership strategies with league goals.
- Maintain a qualified pipeline of prospects throughout the year.
Required profile
- Demonstrated problem‑solving mindset focused on possibilities rather than limitations.
- Positive, collaborative approach to negotiations with internal and external parties.
- Experience packaging and selling IP‑based partnership programs with integrated media solutions.
- Strong desire to learn, succeed, and contribute to the league’s growth.
