Management Trainee – Entry Level Leadership Program

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Gander. As a Management Trainee you will begin learning the business from day one while working at a neighborhood branch, gaining experience across sales, customer service, finance and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering behind‑the‑scenes operational tasks.
• Develop the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and lead a team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring and support in a hands‑on learning environment and build community relationships.
• Excel in customer service, sales and marketing, finance and operational processes.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old with a 4‑year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian university or recognized international equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, military, athletics or university clubs.
• Valid Canadian Class 5 driver’s licence with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past three years.
• Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship and no recent drug or alcohol convictions.
