Mall Store Sales Associate

About the role

Join Sleep Country’s Sainte‑Foy store as a Mall Store Sales Associate. You will be the front‑line ambassador, helping customers find the right sleep solutions while keeping the store inviting and well‑stocked.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and promote quality products and services.
• Maintain visual standards through product presentation, replenishment and store housekeeping.
• Assist with receiving, organizing and completing inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional service.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in sales, retail or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
• Positive, optimistic attitude with a strong customer focus.
• Ambitious, willing to pursue continuous education and learning.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings and weekends.
• Critical thinking and the ability to solve problems independently.
