Maintenance Technician – Residential Apartments

About the role

Join the Seasons apartments team in Winnipeg as a Maintenance Technician, where every day brings a new challenge and the chance to make a tenant’s unit feel like home. You will work hands‑on to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of building systems and interiors, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic to intermediate plumbing, heating, and electrical issues.
• Perform repairs on windows, blinds, doors, switches, plugs, appliances, fixtures, and replace carpet, vinyl, or ceramic tiles.
• Carry out painting, drywall patching, mudding, and taping as needed.
• Maintain the building exterior and perform basic grounds upkeep.
• Identify faulty operations or defective materials and report deficiencies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance‑related role.
• Completion of a relevant trade, technical certification, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work on‑call on a rotational basis.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
