Luxury Sales Associate – Fashion Retail

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary, personalized service to every customer.
• Exceed sales and service targets while growing a loyal client base.
• Attend product knowledge, vendor and Holt Renfrew seminars.
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes and other sales support tasks.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email and digital channels about events, new merchandise and follow‑ups.
• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with management on escalations.
• Adhere to all health and safety policies.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years experience in a commission‑based luxury sales environment.
• Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
• Active presence on social media to promote personal fashion influence.
• Proactive outreach to clients with curated product recommendations.
• Strong understanding of current and emerging fashion trends.
• Broad product knowledge across all store merchandise categories.
