About the role

Simons, a leading fashion retailer in Quebec, is looking for a proactive Loss Prevention Agent to protect its stores and customers. You will be the first line of defense against shoplifting and other security incidents, ensuring a safe shopping environment.

Key responsibilities

• Detect, investigate, and deter shoplifting activities.
• Collaborate closely with local law‑enforcement authorities.
• Maintain the safety of people and premises.
• Act as a first responder during emergency situations.

Required profile

• Resourceful, discreet, and disciplined.
• Team‑oriented with strong collaboration skills.
• Empathetic and caring in all interactions.
• Clear communication in French, the official language of Quebec.
• Relevant experience in a similar security role is an asset.

Required skills

• Valid Québec Bureau de la sécurité privée (BSP) permit.
