About the role
Thrive Logistics Inc is looking for a reliable long haul truck driver to operate straight or articulated trucks and transport goods across distances. The role involves ensuring safe delivery while maintaining vehicle condition and accurate documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Load and unload goods at pickup and delivery locations.
- Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks for long‑distance transport.
- Inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold‑storage units and other equipment before, during and after trips.
- Record cargo details, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption.
- Communicate with central dispatch and relay information as needed.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
- 2 to less than 3 years of long‑haul driving experience.
- Valid Class 1 (or A) driver’s licence.
