Logistics & Warehouse Manager

About the role

Blume is seeking a hands‑on Logistics & Warehouse Manager to build and own the operational backbone that moves products from 3PL warehouses to retail partners and customers. This brand‑new, remote position will consolidate logistics activities, introduce structure, and ensure reliable, efficient delivery across Canada and the US.

Key responsibilities

• Book and coordinate LTL and FTL freight, track shipments, and manage carrier relationships.
• Obtain freight quotes, resolve exceptions, claims, delays, and ensure accurate shipping documentation (BOLs, PODs).
• Liaise with 3PL partners (Stord) on inbound receipts, outbound fulfillment, and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs such as fill rates, shipment accuracy, and on‑time delivery, and proactively address issues.
• Reconcile inventory between NetSuite ERP and 3PL records, and coordinate transfer orders between locations.
• Manage retail and wholesale order logistics from ship‑window to delivery confirmation, including routing guides and retailer‑specific labeling.
• Create and maintain sales orders, purchase orders, and fulfillment records in NetSuite.
• Communicate shipping timelines and issues with buyers and supply‑chain contacts at major retail partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, freight management, and warehouse coordination.
• Strong understanding of LTL/FTL shipping, carrier negotiation, and freight documentation.
• Familiarity with 3PL operations and inventory reconciliation.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with carriers, vendors, and retail partners.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to monitor KPIs and resolve issues quickly.
