Logistics Supervisor – Operations & Team Lead

About the role

Dyson Transport Ltd. is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead the planning and execution of its transportation operations. You will coordinate logistics activities, ensure equipment reliability, and support a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organize the organisation's operational logistics.
• Coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
• Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
• Arrange maintenance and repair work as needed.
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend productivity improvements.
• Train workers on duties and company policies.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Assign, coordinate and review work assignments.
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.

Required profile

• College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience.
• 1‑2 years of experience in transportation or logistics.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate work.
• Client‑focused, flexible, initiative‑driven and good judgement.
• Organised, reliable and a team player.
