Logistics Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Logistics Supervisor to join our Brantford team. The role will oversee daily logistics operations, manage inventory, and ensure timely distribution of our construction products to customers. You will lead a logistics team, coordinate deliveries, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise logistics staff and provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Coordinate delivery schedules to meet client expectations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock control processes.
• Ensure order fulfillment meets high standards of customer service.
• Identify and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and production teams to align logistics with business goals.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and mentor team members.
• Proficiency in operations management and inventory control.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Experience in inventory management and stock accuracy.
• Analytical mindset to assess processes and recommend enhancements.
• Problem‑solving ability and strong attention to detail.
• Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or related fields is preferred.
