Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will manage the flow of aircraft landing‑gear components and raw materials through the Mirabel plant, ensuring timely receipt, storage, and shipment to internal and external customers. This position supports the reliability and safety of inventory while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring smooth information exchange between internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor daily operational metrics (cost, quality, deadlines, HSE) and oversee transportation and customs processes.
• Maintain stock organization according to storage and 5S standards and act as the Document Management and Archiving (GDA) correspondent.
• Manage the aeronautical parts warehouse, support business continuity plans, and handle matrix coupon management.
• Process local and international shipments, handle transport invoicing, and resolve logistics disputes.
• Conduct regular inventories and ensure system data matches physical stock.

Required profile

• DEC in production management, industrial engineering, or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of experience in continuous improvement or logistics within an industrial environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Knowledge of MRP2 principles.
• Familiarity with APICS methodologies.
• Understanding of supply chain management concepts.
• Experience with 5S workplace organization.
