Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Cold Chain Science Enterprises (CCSE) is seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator to support the efficient movement of temperature‑sensitive products across Canada. The role combines coordination of transportation, inventory oversight, and first‑level technical support for the company’s UNI°COLD monitoring platform.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal activities to meet customer expectations and oversee day‑to‑day supply‑chain operations.
• Manage inventory, warehousing, and transportation activities, including shipment pickups, deliveries, and status monitoring.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, generate operational and inventory reports, and maintain master data accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve shipment, inventory, and service issues, and manage relationships with third‑party logistics providers.
• Provide first‑level hardware and software support for the UNI°COLD environmental monitoring platform, escalating issues when necessary.

Required profile

• College diploma or certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a similar role (equivalent experience considered).
• Working knowledge of logistics, inventory management, procurement, and general administration.
• Fluent written and spoken English and French.

Required skills

• Ability to coordinate transportation and inventory activities.
• Experience with purchase‑order processing and reporting.
• Basic hardware and software troubleshooting for monitoring platforms.
