Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Fuze Logistics Services is looking for a proactive Logistics Coordinator to join its Montreal team. In this customer‑focused role you will support both sales and operations, ensuring shipments move smoothly and clients receive timely updates.

Key responsibilities

• Enter shipment data accurately into the logistics software.
• Track and trace shipments, providing status updates and daily reports.
• Communicate with internal teams, carriers, and customers to resolve issues such as missed pick‑ups, delays, or damaged freight.
• Respond quickly to customer inquiries and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Verify AP/AR rates on loads and manage related exceptions.
• Perform any additional logistics‑related tasks assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Certificate in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer service within a logistics environment.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills in English and French.
• Ability to work independently, follow SOPs, and handle multiple tasks under deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using TMW logistics software.
