About the role
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of components and finished products at our Mirabel plant, a key site for the production of landing‑gear parts for Airbus and Boeing aircraft. The role ensures that inbound, internal and outbound logistics operate safely, efficiently and in compliance with quality and HSE standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics operations, including reception, storage, packaging and shipping of aeronautical parts.
- Maintain stock organization following 5S principles and ensure inventory records match physical stock.
- Monitor operational KPIs such as cost, quality, deadlines and HSE compliance.
- Handle transport and customs follow‑up for local and international shipments.
- Process transport invoices, analyse budget variances and report discrepancies.
- Manage non‑conformities, disputes and incident resolution related to logistics.
- Act as the Document Management and Archiving (GDA) correspondent for the department.
- Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and business continuity planning.
Required profile
- DEC or equivalent in production management, industrial engineering or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply‑chain or continuous‑improvement environments.
- Strong communication skills in French and English.
Required skills
- Knowledge of MRP2 principles.
- Familiarity with APICS methodologies.
