Loader / Utility Operator

About the role

Park Paving Ltd. is seeking a reliable Loader / Utility Operator to join its Underground Division for the 2026 season. This full‑time seasonal position involves operating heavy equipment and supporting general site labour on road construction projects in Edmonton.

Key responsibilities

• Operate loaders, excavators, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform general labour tasks such as shoveling, sweeping, and site clean‑up.
• Assist with routine maintenance and minor repairs of equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines on the job site.

Required profile

• Previous experience in construction or a similar environment.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, high‑pressure environment.
• Commitment to safety and ability to follow directions from supervisors.
