Loader / Utility Operator

About the role

Park Paving Ltd. is seeking a Loader / Utility Operator to join its Underground Division for the 2026 season. This full‑time seasonal position involves operating heavy equipment and performing general labour on road construction sites in Edmonton.

Key responsibilities

• Operate loaders, excavators and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform general labour tasks such as shoveling, sweeping and site clean‑up.
• Assist with routine maintenance and repairs of equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

Required profile

• Experience in construction or a similar environment.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, high‑pressure environment.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork and taking direction.
• Pass a medical/fitness exam and meet company safety standards.
